4 Stars! "Broken Heart, Okla., continues to turn into supernatural central in the second installment of Bardsley's wonderfully offbeat and funny tales. This time librarian turned vampire Eva LeRoy chronicles the paranormal problems plaguing residents. Quirky, yet spiced with danger and sexy suspense, Bardsley's latest definitely shows that she has her groove on!"

4 Blue Ribbons! "I loved how Ms. Bardsley uses the theme of forgiveness throughout the book. ... I just hope I won't have to wait too long before the next installment of this series. Broken Heart won't be the same when these paranormals hook up!"

4 Cups! "Don't Talk Back to Your Vampire is at times extremely funny, but it also has a dark gothic side which I found to be truly enjoyable. Ms. Bardsley drew out the romantic tension perfectly. This book is a keeper and I will definitely be purchasing more of this author's books in the very near future!"

Bride Portal - Reviews

Michele Bardsley has created a hilarious, fast paced and romantic short story about second chances.  The main storyline focuses on Mary and Tek’s relationship as well as Mary’s journey to self discovery.  Mary has been given a second chance to live a life with Tek, so that she may shed her insecurities.  I found Mary’s quirkiness and Tek’s kind hearted personality quite charming and likeable.  Tek’s need to please Mary any way he can is something she is unaccustomed to and realizes that he is the real thing.  I love that Tek sees Mary’s inner beauty even though she’s not built like a runway model and proves to her that she is very special in her own way, which is quite admiral.  The intimacy between Mary and Tek is passionate and seductive which includes a very hot ménage sex scene.  The secondary characters, although minor, provide funny and challenging situations for Mary and Tek.  My only complaint is that this story is too short, fueling my curiosity to know more about Ms. Bardsley’s world and wonder who the other mates of Kratania’s princes will be.  More please!

Life Without Raine - Reviews

With a miraculous talent for conveying the deepest desires of her characters in a realistic and insightful manner, Michele Bardsleyhas penned another outstanding story. The potent feelings combined with a spellbinding plot will mesmerize readers.

In his previous lifetime in England when he was known as Connor Williams, the man who is now called Michael Connors was foretold of the upcoming deaths of him and his new wife. The witch who gave him this prediction also let him choose to have a curse put upon him, his wife and those who would betray him. With him agreeing to this spell in order to not loose his true love forever, Michael has lived through eight lifetimes in the hope of being reunited with Raine. Now, finally, his search is over, as he has discovered she presently lives in America. Devising a clever plan, Michael has enticed the one woman whom he has loved for eight hundred years to the castle where they first lived.

The email about an unexpected inheritance came as a shock to Raine Sinclair, and when the plane ticket arrived along with a note stating she must travel to the castle she is to inherit by a specific date was even more puzzling. Though many of the facts are bewildering, Raine feels she must follow the wishes of Michael, who is the barrister for the castle. When she arrives by the stated time, she is immediately wary of the place, especially after she feels extremely tired plus almost overcome by meeting the very handsome Michael who seems strangely well-known to her. He on the other hand, finds it hard to control his feelings around the woman for whom he has been searching for so many years. Yet he knows he must, as the curse has certain conditions which they must follow for them to finally be together again. Unfortunately, their love will be tested by a deadly presence intent on keeping them apart for all times.

When one thinks of the gifted author, Michele Bardsley, they know any book crafted by her will be brimming with genuine emotions and an enthralling storyline. She has a knack for letting readers connect with her characters in a most profound way, where even their deepest longings become known. In LIFE WITHOUT RAINE, the personal lives of Michael and Raine are beautifully brought to life, as their past history which now affects them in the present is told in striking detail. There is so much emotion expressed by this couple, and each thought or deed is genuinely sincere with open feelings. With each moment they are together becoming more difficult to control their long pent-up desires, the instant they finally give in to their overpowering yearnings is not only explosive but filled with tenderness, too. The undying love which Michael has for Raine makes this a true romance in every sense, one touching me on several levels from the first to last page. There are also numerous suspenseful surprises in the book, where I was completely caught off guard at the shocking disclosures. Sensual all through the story, LIFE WITHOUT RAINE is a remarkable story of everlasting love about an unforgettable couple.

Chased By You - Reviews

Kate Simmons needed a vacation. Having the job she did was a strain on her mind and body. Being a FBI profiler and psychic, chasing the evil that she did day to day starts to wear your body and mind down. When her good friend tells her to go and vacation at the cabin she had on Miller Lake, Kate jumps at the idea. To be alone, be able to clear her mind, to regroup is what she badly needs. The resort town near the cabin is mostly empty with only a few retired people living there. All she wants to do is eat, read, sleep and enjoy the area. Ever since the night Kate had fallen for the man that she has tried to get out of her head, all she thinks about is him. The way he showed her body how it wanted submission, and wanted him to have control over her body and mind, to master her body; this man is Robert MacIntosh. But what she learned the next day when she woke up is what is tearing her apart. He slept with her to get to the information she had. What Kate doesn't realize is that they work and do similar things. He hunts evil also, but his is the paranormal kind.

When she wakes that night from a dream of the older couple being killed by a being, a Wendigo, all Kate wants to do is get to them before it happens. She goes out in the snow not thinking that what is she going to do if she finds it there in the house where she is going? Oh she comes across it for sure, she shots it over and over again, but it doesn't die. When all of a sudden a man jumps out and tells her to run, that is what she does, but the man follows. She can't believe it when the man turns out to be Robert MacIntosh, the man she hates but wants. Will these two be able to team up and take this Wendigo out before it kills others or worse the two of them? And will Robert tell Kate that leaving her those months before was the hardest thing he had ever done, that she had opened a gate of feelings that he had never let himself feel?

This book was one of the best I had read from Changeling Press, and I have read many. This story drew me from the first page. Kate was a strong woman that had been through a lot with her job and just life itself. Being a FBI profiler for killers had taken its toll on her. This story socked an emotional punch, the only thing wrong with it was it wasn't long enough, I wanted more. This book is highly recommended by me.
